Overview
This RFID system will allow us to control assets while entering/exiting the factory such as:
- Employee inventory
- Truck Inventory
- Trailer Inventory
- Radio Communication devices inventory
- Truck Battery Inventory
- Truck and Trailer tire inventory per unit
The system provides
On trucks, the system will read:
- Truck: (Entrance, Exit,)
- Driver: (Entrance, Exit,)
- Radio Comm Device: (Entrance, Exit)
- 3-4 Batteries: (Entrance, Exit)
- 10 tires: (Entrance, Exit)
On Trailers, the system will read:
- Trailer: (Entrance, Exit)
- 8 tires: (Entrance, Exit)
More Info
Reports Needed
- Employee: Entrance and exit time and gneral information.
- Trucks: Entrance and exit time.
- Trailers: Entrance and exit time.
- TIRES: Tires in discrepancy by day.
- Batteries: Batteries in discrepancy by week.
- Radio Comm. Devices: Radios in discrepancy by week.
Alarms needed
- Tires: When a Truck is entering the company with tire(s)not assigned to the unit Or When a trailer is entering the company with a tire that is not assigned to the unit.
- Radio Communication Devices: When entering/leaving with a radio not assigned to the unit.
- Batteries: When trucks are entering the company with batteries different than assigned.
